Hey... Look at her isn’t she looking beautiful…? Have you ever felt that there can be different responses you can get from a male and from a female after praising women!! Yes... You will. We actually live in a society where the men have given the power to compare the women, to make the choice between women. So it has made the women friends cum competitor more. It is true that every woman is competing with another woman unknowingly to prove herself better. And this is known as Phd or Pull her Down syndrome. This is not a woman’s fault. We actually live in a society where men have always been given a great chance to be a good leader, to be a good businessman a good entrepreneur, so every woman has fear inside her to not be inferior to men or women. They are always been compared to each other so now their mentality has become like that. They want to be better than the other woman, they want to compete with the other women, and they always pull down the other women, so that they can prove their selves better than other women. And they all are accustomed to it now. Simply if they can’t do better than other women they try to pull them down. Generally, every 2nd woman is suffering from this. There are some signs of Phd. Let us try to figure them out:

1. If you don’t feel happy to hear about other women’s success then defiantly you are suffering from Phd.

2.After that, if you always try to find out the faults in the other women rather than appreciating her efforts then you are suffering from this syndrome obviously.

I am very low on confidence. What should I do to improve it?

• The first and best way to increase your confidence is to interact with more people. Go outside, talk to the people and try to involve yourself in healthy conversations.
• After that try to remove negative people from your life or simply try to avoid them. This kind of person usually tries to pull you down and this affects your confidence level as well.

• Try to have a conversation with yourself in free time. Think about different situations and then analyze the results. Stand in front of the mirror every day and talk to yourself. This might seem funny but this is one of the most effective ways of improving your confidence.
• Also, have a competitive spirit inside you. If you have a winning attitude towards every aspect of your life your confidence level will automatically increase.
• Never compare yourself with others. It will lower your confidence level. Be yourself and try to focus on the things which you are good at.
